ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an AI Consultant / Enablement Expert to guide business units in adopting AI responsibly and effectively. You will run AI use-case workshops, provide strategic advice, deliver trainings, and create documentation to ensure AI initiatives are aligned with business goals and best practices. This role combines expertise in AI technologies with strong communication and change management skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Run workshops with business units to identify and prioritize AI use cases.

• Advise stakeholders on AI strategy, adoption, and best practices.

• Deliver training sessions, tutorials, and documentation to enable teams to implement AI solutions.

• Drive responsible AI adoption, including explainability, fairness, and governance.

• Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure alignment between AI initiatives and organizational goals.

• Promote awareness of ethical and regulatory considerations in AI deployments.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience designing AI use cases and translating business problems into AI solutions.

• Knowledge of explainable AI and responsible AI principles.

• Familiarity with AI governance, risk management, and ethical frameworks.

• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Excellent communication and training abilities.

• Experience in change enablement and driving organizational adoption of new technologies.

• Ability to bridge technical concepts with business strategy and decision-making.

• Willingness and readiness to travel as required by project or client needs is expected. This may include occasional domestic or international travel, sometimes on short notice.
