Our client is a leading international insurance group with a long-standing presence across Central and Eastern Europe. The organization combines a strong local focus with deep expertise in financial protection and risk management solutions. It offers a broad portfolio of insurance products for individuals and businesses, ranging from health and life insurance to property and casualty coverage.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The role involves supporting the implementation of AI-driven solutions in the insurance sector. You will design and test prompts for large language models (LLMs) to improve customer interactions and automate processes such as resident recognition and FAQ handling. Strong analytical skills, good command of Lithuanian, German, and English, and an interest in insurance workflows are key. Experience with conversational AI tools (e.g., Parloa) is an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, test, and optimize prompts for large language models (LLMs) to support various insurance-related use cases.

• Contribute to the automation of customer interactions and internal processes (e.g., resident recognition, FAQ handling).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement AI-driven improvements.

• Conduct functional testing and provide feedback for continuous enhancement.

• Support knowledge transfer and, if needed, assist in employee training on new tools and workflows.

REQUIREMENTS

• Native Lithuanian language skills; good command of German and English.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Understanding of insurance processes or prior experience in the insurance sector (desirable).

• Experience in prompting or working with large language models (LLMs) (desirable).

• Familiarity with conversational AI platforms such as Parloa is an advantage.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

• Willingness and readiness to travel as required by project or client needs is expected. This may include occasional domestic or international travel, sometimes on short notice.
