ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Purchasing Specialist to support our operational procurement processes. In this role, you will be responsible for managing purchase requests and orders, maintaining accurate master data in SAP, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and service-minded professional with purchasing experience and strong communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and process purchase requests and orders, and send them to suppliers

• Maintain and update master data in the ERP system SAP

• Collaborate closely with strategic purchasing, internal requesters, and external suppliers

• Manage and maintain purchasing documentation in SAP

REQUIREMENTS

• Completed commercial vocational training (preferred but not required)

• Prior experience in operational purchasing

• Familiarity with SAP, especially Module MM, is a strong advantage

• Confident use of standard office software and digital tools

• Fluent German and good English communication skills (both written and verbal)

• Strong service orientation and interpersonal skills

• High level of reliability, initiative, and flexibility
