ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Service Desk Specialist. The role operates in a 24/7 shift model, but call volume during nights and weekends is typically low. You’ll receive comprehensive training and access to an existing knowledge base (currently being improved). This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, learning new systems, and working in an international environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries in German and English;
Provide professional assistance based on the internal knowledge base and procedures;
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and timely resolution of requests;
Collaborate with team members and other departments to address complex cases;
Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing feedback on recurring issues or documentation gaps.
REQUIREMENTS
German language proficiency – C1/B2 level;
English language proficiency – B2/C1 level;
Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (24/7 coverage);
Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes;
Ability to provide (or obtain) a certificate of good conduct, as the client operates in the financial sector.
