ABOUT THE ROLE

You will join our SAP consulting team in Lithuania and start your journey in SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), supporting international transformation projects for customers in the manufacturing and automotive industries. 

• You will learn how to analyse and design warehouse management processes, configure EWM solutions, and support customers in implementing efficient logistics and warehouse operations. 

• You will work closely with experienced consultants, gaining exposure to all phases of an SAP project — from design to testing and Go-Live — and develop a deep understanding of SAP EWM and S/4HANA business processes. 

• You will be seamlessly embedded in the SAP DACH organization with 4 competence centers and their experienced and collaborative consultants.

• You will report to the team Lead for SAP Lithuania, which belongs functionally to the portfolio “SAP Transformation” and work in close alignment with the SAP consulting organization. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support senior consultants in the preparation, realization, and Go-Live of SAP S/4HANA EWM implementation projects. 

• Assist in configuring and testing EWM functions such as inbound/outbound processing, goods movements, and storage control. 

• Participate in requirements gathering and documentation under guidance. 

• Prepare test scripts, perform system testing, and support issue resolution. 

• Learn and apply SAP Best Practices and the Activate methodology. 

• Support the preparation of training materials and user documentation. 

• Collaborate closely with team members in Lithuania and across the SAP DACH region. 

• Contribute ideas, show initiative, and demonstrate curiosity for logistics processes. 

• Develop your consulting skills through mentoring, training, and on-the-job experience. 

• Take part in internal learning paths to build your expertise in SAP EWM and related logistics topics. 

REQUIREMENTS

• Completed degree in logistics, supply chain management, IT, business informatics, or related discipline. 

• Fluent English skills, German skills are beneficial. 

• 0–3 years of experience in SAP logistics (WM, IM, or EWM) — internships or academic projects welcome. 

• Strong interest in warehouse management, logistics execution, and SAP S/4HANA. 

• Basic understanding of logistics and warehouse processes. 

• Willingness to learn configuration and master data structures in SAP EWM. 

• Motivation to grow into a consulting role and work in international teams. 

• Excellent analytical and communication skills. 

• Eagerness to continuously learn and contribute to team success. 

• Willingness and readiness to travel as required by project or client needs is expected. This may include occasional domestic or international travel, sometimes on short notice.
