ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated junior IT professional, preferably with some background in development, who is eager to learn and grow in the field of ServiceNow. While prior experience with ServiceNow is an advantage, it is not required. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT service management and operations using ServiceNow, working alongside experienced professionals.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Learn how to create architectural plans that align with business needs and best practices.
  • Support the development and deployment of ServiceNow applications, with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM).
  • Participate in testing to ensure the performance and reliability of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Gain exposure to providing technical advice and support to customers as you grow in your role.


REQUIREMENTS

  • A junior IT background, preferably in development.
  • A strong interest in learning ServiceNow.
  • Proficiency in English (C1 or higher) and German (B2 or higher).
  • Strong willingness to grow in the IT service management field.


PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Basic knowledge of ServiceNow or any IT management tool is an advantage.
  • A strong interest in IT operations and service management.
