ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Lead Developer to join a global initiative focused on advancing a cloud-native Generative AI platform. This platform serves as a central foundation for AI-driven innovation, enabling scalable adoption of generative AI across multiple business units worldwide.

In this role, you will lead frontend development efforts, building intuitive, secure, and scalable user interfaces that empower both technical and non-technical users to create and manage AI-driven applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including backend engineers, AI specialists, and product stakeholders, within an agile environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the design and development of modern frontend applications using Angular.

• Translate AI platform capabilities into intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.

• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and backend teams to deliver high-quality features.

• Drive frontend architecture decisions and ensure best practices in scalability, performance, and maintainability.

• Participate actively in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.

• Integrate frontend applications with APIs and GenAI services.

• Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to development standards.

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automation processes using GitHub Actions.

• Mentor and support other developers, promoting knowledge sharing and technical excellence.

• Stay up to date with emerging trends in frontend development and Generative AI.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5–7+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on Angular.

• Proven experience in mentoring or leading a team.

• Solid understanding of Agile/SCRUM methodologies.

• Experience or understanding of Generative AI concepts and platforms.

• Familiarity with Nx (Smart Repositories/monorepo architecture) is a plus.

• Knowledge of GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipeline implementation.

• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.

• Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a global, cross-functional team.

• Ability to balance technical leadership with hands-on development.

• Willingness and readiness to travel as required by project or client needs is expected. This may include occasional domestic or international travel, sometimes on short notice.
