ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be part of our growing SAP consulting team in Lithuania and deliver SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions for customers in the manufacturing and automotive industries. 

•  You analyze, design, and implement warehouse and logistics processes, collaborating closely with experienced consultants from our regional SAP DACH organization.

• You contribute to process optimization and transformation projects, supporting customers in adopting best-practice logistics and warehouse management solutions.  

• You will take responsibility for specific functional areas, configuration activities, and testing cycles while developing toward a Senior Consultant role over time. 

• You will be seamlessly embedded in the SAP DACH organization with 4 competence centers and their experienced and collaborative consultants.

• You will report to the team Lead for SAP Lithuania, which belongs functionally to the portfolio “SAP Transformation” and work in close alignment with the SAP consulting organization. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer S/4HANA on Premise and Cloud implementation projects 

• Configure and document EWM functionalities such as inbound/outbound processes, warehouse structure, storage control, and goods movement. 

• Participate in workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into functional solutions. 

• Collaborate with senior consultants and developers in preparing functional specifications for WRICEF objects. 

• Support integration with SAP MM, SD, and PP modules. 

• Participate in testing, defect resolution, and user training activities. 

• Apply and adapt SAP Best Practices to fit specific customer requirements. 

• Manage assigned work packages and ensure high-quality, timely deliverables. 

• Contribute ideas and propose process improvements. 

• Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning and expanding EWM expertise. 

• Close cooperation with the SAP Consulting Teams of the region, developing new ideas as well as their distribution, independent search for new opportunities.  

REQUIREMENTS

• Completed degree in business administration, economics, or computer science or a comparable degree program with a professional focus on finance or logistics 

• Fluent English skills, German skills are beneficial. 

• You are familiar with the SAP product portfolio and have successfully applied SAP Best Practice solutions and the Activate Methodology 

• 3-6 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA, specializing in EWM and/or WM, with a background in Inventory Management (IM) and Stock Room Management being advantageous. Preferably 2-3 end to end full life cycle SAP EWM and/or WM Module implementations experience. 

• Solid understanding of warehouse management processes such as goods receipt, putaway, picking, packing, goods issue, and physical inventory. 

• Experience in EWM configuration for storage control, HU management, and integration with ERP systems. 

• Understanding of SAP Activate methodology and Best Practice frameworks. 

• Ability to prepare and document functional specifications. 

• Integration knowledge with MM, SD, PP modules beneficial. 

• Integration Knowledge and experience with SAP TMS, MM, SD, and PP will be preferred.

• Must have experience in writing functional specifications for WRICEF.

• High customer orientation, service attitude and business acumen.

• Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability with customer orientation. 

• Motivation for professional growth toward senior consulting and solution ownership. 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Willingness and readiness to travel as required by project or client needs is expected. This may include occasional domestic or international travel, sometimes on short notice.
