ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a skilled Process Consultant to lead the implementation of the Dassault System Apriso platform across our manufacturing plants. You will play a critical role in enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring the successful integration of advanced process management solutions.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance the Dassault System Apriso platform.
  • Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide technical support and training to plant personnel on Apriso functionalities.
  • Ensure compliance with process standards and best practices.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of the implementation, offering solutions to challenges encountered.


    • REQUIREMENTS

    Tech Requirements (Must-Have):

    • Proficient in T-SQL
    • Basic knowledge of C#
    • Familiarity with CSS/HTML and JavaScript (jQuery)
    • Experience with the Apriso platform

    Tech Requirements (Nice-to-Have):

    • Knowledge of Visual Basic
    • Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services
    • Understanding of Machine Integration (OPC UA, RS-232)

    Process Knowledge (Must-Have):

    • Experience in discrete and batch production
    • Knowledge of NC Management
    • Familiarity with ISA-95 standards
    • Understanding of Order and BOM Management

    Process Knowledge (Nice-to-Have):

    • Experience in warehouse management
    • Knowledge of NIS2 compliance
