ABOUT THE ROLE
The Project Manager for AI Services will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of projects within our AI Services. This includes project coordination, supporting strategy and roadmap development, managing the service design process, and handling financial engineering and business case evaluations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, financial analysis, and service design, with a keen interest in AI technologies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
REQUIREMENTS
Must have:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the technology or AI sector. Proven experience in service design and service management.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in financial engineering and business case evaluation.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and trends, particularly Generative AI (optional).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
- Understanding of ITIL or other service management frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Good to have:
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred.
- ITIL certification is a plus.
- Experience in financial engineering and business case evaluation.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Experience in developing and managing SLAs and KPIs.
