ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support a global, cloud-native Generative AI platform that enables AI-driven innovation across the organization. The platform empowers thousands of users to build and scale AI applications in a secure and governed environment.

In this role, you will act as a key facilitator and driver of agile excellence, ensuring that teams operate efficiently within a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement while maintaining a strong focus on delivery and customer value.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).

• Ensure alignment with SAFe principles and practices.

• Act as a servant leader, enabling teams to perform at their best.

• Drive proactive communication across stakeholders and teams.

• Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth delivery.

• Promote a results-driven and accountable team culture.

• Encourage a push-forward mindset to maintain momentum and delivery focus.

• Monitor and analyze team performance metrics (e.g., velocity, cycle time, throughput).

• Use data-driven insights to improve efficiency and outcomes.

• Foster a strong customer-oriented mindset.

• Drive continuous improvement and agile maturity.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.

• Strong hands-on experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).

• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices.

• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.

• Strong proactive communication and stakeholder management.

• Clear customer focus and value-driven mindset.

• Ability to challenge teams and push for progress when needed.

• Experience with metrics, KPIs, and performance analysis.

• Ability to turn data into actionable improvements.

• Experience in complex, cross-functional, global environments.

• Willingness and readiness to travel as required by project or client needs is expected. This may include occasional domestic or international travel, sometimes on short notice.

• Salary range: €3000 - 4500€ (GROSS) / month.
