Job description
ABOUT THE COMPANY
LITIT, a joint venture between NTT DATA and Reiz Tech, is a company with deep-rooted industry know-how, dedicated to innovation within the IT sector. Its primary focus is delivering high-quality solutions in the DACH region. With a commitment to excellence, LITIT combines the best of German precision, Japanese work ethics, and Lithuanian talent to provide unparalleled IT service and support to its clients.
ABOUT THE ROLE
At LITIT, we’re building a new, multidisciplinary design team to create smart, user-centered digital products that make a real impact. We're looking for a Senior/Lead UI/UX (Product) Designer to take the lead in shaping complex digital experiences—from discovery and research to final delivery.
In this high-impact role, you'll not only define the user experience of large-scale digital products but also help grow and guide our new design team. You'll collaborate with product managers, developers, and researchers in an enterprise context to deliver solutions that are as strategic as they are intuitive.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You take strategic ownership of the end-to-end user experience across our digital products, setting a high bar for design quality, usability, and innovation.
You lead and grow a cross-functional design team, including mentoring junior designers, providing constructive feedback, and taking an active role in hiring and team development.
You conduct and guide user research and analysis, translate insights into actionable strategies, and communicate them clearly to stakeholders and teams.
You create and oversee the development of personas, storyboards, customer journeys, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity design concepts.
You facilitate and lead workshops with internal teams and clients to co-create new services and product ideas.
You ensure seamless collaboration between product management, development, and business stakeholders to align on user needs and product goals.
You act as a design advocate within the organization, pushing for user-centered thinking and embedding design deeply into the product development process.
You maintain ownership of design specifications and support the development team in accurately translating design into production-ready features.
You help shape the long-term product and design vision in collaboration with leadership and strategy teams.
REQUIREMENTS
You have a degree (BA/MA/Diploma) in a design-related field.
You bring 7+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design, including at least 2 years in a leadership or lead role with team-building responsibilities.
You have a strong portfolio demonstrating leadership in state-of-the-art digital product design, with proven success in delivering scalable, user-centric solutions.
You’ve led agile, interdisciplinary teams and are experienced in aligning stakeholders, managing priorities, and driving delivery in fast-paced environments.
You're passionate about simplifying complex systems and delivering intuitive, accessible, and delightful user experiences.
You value collaboration and put people first — whether it's your team, the users, or the client.
You are hands-on when needed and capable of bridging strategy and execution.
You challenge assumptions, drive innovation, and inspire teams with vision and clarity.
You possess excellent presentation and communication skills, with fluency in English (German language is a plus).
You’re open to occasional travel for on-site client workshops or team sessions.
