ABOUT THE PROJECT

You will be joining the SAP team in Lithuania, which comprises approximately 20 consultants, and will be a part of the broader SAP DACH organization with around 180 experienced professionals. The focus of this team is to deliver cutting-edge SAP S/4HANA solutions tailored for clients in the manufacturing and automotive industries.

This project represents a significant opportunity to drive digital transformation, as you will lead the design and implementation of SAP solutions while building a talented team of SAP consultants in Lithuania. ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior SAP Enterprise Architect, you will play a dual role as both a hands-on solution architect and a team leader. Your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and optimize SAP S/4HANA solutions, addressing complex client needs while aligning with best practices. Beyond solution delivery, you will lead and develop the SAP Data & Technology team in Lithuania, managing capacity, skills, and utilization to ensure delivery excellence. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive innovation within a dynamic international consulting environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Solution Architecture

  • Design and implement SAP S/4HANA solutions, including greenfield implementations, system conversions, and hybrid approaches.

  • Develop holistic architectures that integrate business processes and IT strategies.

  • Oversee solution delivery, ensuring alignment with client business goals and best practices.

  • Utilize SAP standard tools (HANA Readiness Check, Pathfinder Reports, etc.) to prepare roadmaps and optimize systems.

Team Leadership

  • Build and manage the SAP Data & Technology team in Lithuania.

  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering professional growth and skill development.

  • Ensure effective utilization and delivery excellence across the team.

Client Engagement

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding their adoption of S/4HANA solutions and roadmaps, including RISE.

  • Lead business requirements discussions, translating client needs into actionable SAP solutions.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes for transformation projects.

Innovation and Strategy

  • Drive innovative IT strategies and solutions tailored to client needs.

  • Support proposal development by identifying opportunities and crafting tailored solutions aligned with organizational capabilities.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A completed degree in business administration, economics, computer science, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, system conversion, and landscape transformation.

  • Proven experience as an SAP Enterprise Architect or a similar leadership role.

  • Expertise in multiple SAP modules and the SAP Activate Methodology.

  • Experience with pre-sales, advisory services, and solution development.

  • Successful delivery of at least four full lifecycle SAP implementations or rollouts.

  • Strong technical and analytical skills, including familiarity with SAP standard tools.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities.

  • Certification in S/4HANA or other SAP solutions is highly desirable.

  • Fluent English skills, German skills are an advantage.

  • Willingness to travel and collaborate across geographies.
